'order status - cancelled' even tho I paid for 3 asics.

 I am not sure is it a big problem or not and if I should post it here, as I didnt get any reply from support.(ticket 688)

My order number is 2905. I have paid for 3 asics from batch 2, but when I log in to my account at Avalon site, it says "order status: cancelled" on those 3 asics. Should I be worried about my order?
